Zack’s 20-year food and beverage career began when he worked as a food runner at a corporate Italian restaurant, where he later rose to manage five outlets. He later went on to food and beverage leadership roles at W Hotels and St. Regis Deer Valley.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three kids, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, and smoking meats in the great outdoors.
