Available Tuesday through Thursday, with seatings at 5:45pm & 7:45pm.
This one-of-a-kind experience puts our guests up close and personal with the Josper oven, rotisserie, and grill by offering an exclusive menu featuring items straight from or created using ingredients from the Jospers. Our guests will be regaled with the history of suite shown cooking techniques, and engage with the culinary staff as they are walked through four delightful courses that are the embodiment of the Rouser identity through and through.
